OFFER LINK IN THE MLS
A link is put into the private remarks of the MLS guiding agents to submit offers on our offer platform.
OFFER IS RECEIVED
When an offer is received, it is sent to the seller for review, and at the same time, it is reviewed by the broker to scan for agent verification and buyer prequalification.
OFFER DISCUSSION INITIATED
Once the offer is received and reviewed by us we will reach out to you directly in the form of communication you desire to answer any questions and guide you on the process.
OFFER NEGOTIATION
After the initial discussion on the offer the listing broker will help by consulting and offering the forms required to counter the offer or amend the offer.
OFFER EXECUTION
Once our sellers come to an agreement with the buyer or buyers agent we are here to help them through the process from Escrow to Closing.
